Markets all year round
The Place Jean Yole market: this large outdoor market (non-food products) takes place in Saint-Jean-de-Monts town center, near the church. It is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, year-round, from 8am to 1pm.
Halles market (covered market): under the halles on Place Jean Yole, Wednesday and Saturday mornings, year-round, from 8am to 1pm. In summer, it’s open every morning until September 30.

During the summer season, a number of daytime and evening events are added to the usual calendar:
The Plage market: on Avenue de la Plage, a food market is held every morning from 8am to 1pm in July and August. A night market is held every evening from 7pm to midnight (July and August). Avenue des Demoiselles.
Marché des Demoiselles : a food and non-food market held on Monday and Thursday mornings (July and August) from 8am to 1pm, in the Demoiselles district. Avenue de la Plage.
Fun and unusual family activities
A mini funfair: discover Magic Parc, the miniature version of the funfair that delights children! There are rides and lint traps for the little ones, as well as bumper cars and coin-operated machines for older children. Open all year round.
