Pets are welcome on bare pitches and in some rental units(2 maximum and depending on breed, category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed). However, please remember to keep them on a leash at all times on site, for the well-being and safety of all. It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet unattended. Please ensure that your pet leaves the site clean. It’s your responsibility. A fee of €4.00 per day will be charged.

What are the opening hours of the campsite reception?
In low season, we welcome you every day from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm. In July and August, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 7:30pm daily, and all day Saturday. Out of season, we are available by phone Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm.
What payment methods are accepted?
At time of booking: credit card, bank transfer, cheques, ANCV (classic and Connect). On site: credit card, cash, ANCV (classic and Connect). Cheques are not accepted on arrival. American Express cards are not accepted.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
To guarantee the respect of our rentals and equipment, a security deposit of €200 (non-cashable) will be required on arrival (by cheque or credit card). The deposit will be returned to you by post within 10 days of your departure, after deduction of any missing items, damage, cleaning costs, etc. If these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
In low season (April, May, June and September), you can arrive at any time. Simply contact us beforehand so that we can prepare your arrival for your rental or pitch. In high season (July, August), from 12 p.m. (for bare pitches) and 3 p.m. (for rentals). In order to make the most of your stay and to facilitate admission on arrival, don’t forget to have your deposits ready.
Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?
Yes. It is possible to arrive after reception has closed. Just let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements and explain how to proceed.
What are the arrival days?
In early season, arrivals are free. In low season, we offer short-stay bookings(2-night minimum), except for long weekends ( May 1, May 8, Ascension, Pentecost: 3-night minimum). In July and August, we offer Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday arrivals for rentals. For pitches,arrival days are free. In high season, rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights. Escape the roads and extend your rental stay by a few days with our 10 or 11-night packages (on certain accommodations only).
Are pets allowed?
Are barbecues allowed?
Barbecues and planchas are permitted. Electrical appliances must not exceed 10 A. Charcoal-burning appliances should be used away from mobile home cladding and wooden decking. Please keep a bottle of water nearby, and check that the fire is completely extinguished after each use. Please note that we do not rent or lend barbecues on site, so remember to bring your own.
Can I plug in my car or electric bike in my rental?
It is strictly forbidden to plug in cars in the accommodation. A charging station is available on request from reception. Bikes can be recharged if the charger does not exceed 10 A.
Can I have wifi on the campsite?
Wifi is free and accessible throughout the campsite, and you will be given a connection code on arrival. If you wish to telework, we advise you to visit the “La Micro-Folie” co-working space in Saint Jean de Monts.
